As we offer an independent service for mortgage advice you have the choice over how we will be paid for our time. You may choose from one of the following two options:
Option 1:
- You do not pay us a fee for our services at any time.
- Any commission paid to us by the lender will be retained by Logic Financial Services Ltd.
Option 2:
- You will pay us a fee according to the following structure:
Mortgage type Fee Minimum Fee Prime 0.4% of the total loan amount £250 Buy to Let 0.5% of the total loan amount £500 Adverse Credit 1.0% of the total loan amount £750 Self Certification 0.5% of the total loan amount £500
- This fee will be payable on completion and so is non-refundable. Should your mortgage fail to complete you will not be liable for this fee.
- Any commission paid to us by the lender will be forwarded to you in full. (This will occur once the money is paid to us, following completion).
